Recording the flow of inventories in and out of the store and the minimum level of inventories to avoid situations of stock outs and at the same time minimizing useful funds being stuck up in unnecessary bulk of inventories.

Recording and monitoring the movement of the volume and quality of yarn / fabric received from the customers.

Monitoring the consumption of raw materials and ensure that it is as per the estimates made by the management

Monitoring the production process highlighting the output achieved, and the actual level of wastages, and short deliveries, if any.

Recording the factory overheads which includes the salaries of the staff, wages of the labor, utilities and other expenses incurred in the ordinary course of business

Comparing the actual cost per order with the estimates made by the management.

Recording the consumption and stock of inventories and its allocation to the cost of production.

Recording the orders from the client and the rates and dates agreed with them accordingly.

Recording and monitoring the amount receivable / payable to customers / suppliers.
